If you wish to exhibit or trade at our event, please note the following:

We do not publish our application form online because of bots. You must email us first and we will send a form by return.

Vehicles: All vehicles (including motor bikes) for display should be vintage, or classed as a classic. We prefer older vehicles (pre 70s as a rough guide) as this fits with our 1940s theme, but don’t be put off asking. We assume if you are displaying, that you have insurance (you wouldn’t be able to drive it else) and that should include an element of Public Liability.

Trade: If you wish to have a trade stand, you will need your own tents/tables etc, and you MUST have insurance which includes Public Liability (PL). If you do not have PL then you cannot attend our event.

Food: We personally select our food vendors so do not require any others. But you are welcome to email us with your details for future consideration.
